CrewAlarm

CrewAlarm Privacy Policy

Effective: July 14, 2026

How the public CrewAlarm website handles beta signup information and planned first-party traffic measurement.

1. About This Policy

CrewAlarm is operated by Marvella Group LLC. This policy applies to the public CrewAlarm website, its setup guides, and the beta signup form.

It describes information handled through crewalarm.com — not through the native CrewAlarm mobile application.

2. Beta Signup Information

If you request beta access, the website collects the information you submit through the beta signup form:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your airline
  • your crew role (Pilot, Flight Attendant, Dispatcher, or Other Crew)
  • your primary device preference (iPhone, Android, or Both)
  • optional comments about reserve challenges, if you choose to provide them

This information is used to:

  • review and manage beta interest
  • contact applicants about CrewAlarm
  • operate the beta program
  • prevent abuse and maintain reliability

3. Public Website Traffic Measurement

CrewAlarm may use first-party traffic measurement operated by Marvella Group to understand how visitors use the public website.

It may measure:

  • anonymous website visitors
  • total visits
  • public pages visited
  • referral source
  • approximate country and state or region
  • recent public website activity

Local browser storage may be used for an anonymous visitor identifier, a visit identifier, a last-activity timestamp, and approved referral attribution.

These analytics identifiers remain separate from beta signup information.

4. What Website Analytics Does Not Collect

The planned website analytics does not send:

  • names
  • email addresses
  • airline or role information from the beta form
  • phone numbers
  • alarm settings
  • protected phone numbers
  • call history
  • device identifiers
  • subscription information
  • CrewRules account information
  • authentication tokens
  • beta form contents
  • full query strings
  • precise location

Raw IP addresses are not stored in the Product Traffic analytics records. Network and hosting systems may still process connection information as part of normal internet operations, separate from that analytics storage.

5. How CrewAlarm Uses Information

Information from the public website is used to:

  • manage beta requests
  • contact beta applicants
  • understand how visitors use the public website and guides
  • improve public website content
  • measure referrals
  • maintain website security and reliability
  • respond to support or contact requests

CrewAlarm does not sell personal information to advertisers.

6. Service Providers

Marvella Group may use service providers for website hosting, database services, email delivery, security, and website operations. These providers process information on our behalf to support the public website and beta program.

7. Retention and Security

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, security, legal requirements, and dispute resolution.

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. When it changes, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.

10. Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent through our contact page.
